Our Half Term

Home » News » Our Half Term

Our week in Year 4 has been another busy one!

In Literacy, everybody used their Snowy Owl research to write a non-chronological report and in Numeracy a new subtraction method was learnt. The children were very pleased to hear that there is no Spelling Homework or Numeracy Homework over the Half Term holiday. However, they do have to complete their Second Learning Log Task.

In the afternoons, we have been busy as always with our Brass Instrument Lesson (their will be another Open Lesson at the end of the term; details to follow). We have also been busy with Swimming and Study Work too.

Next half term is set to be just as exciting. Our Brass Instrument Lessons and Swimming Lessons will continue. There will also be a Harry Potter Day on 21st March and we may even be visited by Hedwig and her friends!

I hope you all have a very enjoyable half term and are well rested for when we return.
