Hello from Kenya

Jambo!
We've had another busy day today meeting up with all the Kenyan teachers and UK teachers with the British Council and shared lots of exciting learning opportunities for you for when we get back.
Beatrice and Josephine we have passed on your 'hello's to Betty and Veronicah and the teachers. They send back their Kenyan greeting. Teaching here is a very humbling experience Mrs Jones as the classrooms are so bare and the emphasis is on what the teacher can bring to the classroom.
We've been hosted by Salome, Betty and, tonight , Veronicah 2. it has been lovely to experience being part of family life in Kenya.
We are looking forward to a busy day of teaching tomorrow with the older classes and ECD, which is the pre-school and reception age children.
We are hoping our farm visit goes ahead tomorrow.

We hope the KS1 harvest went well — we're sure it did!
