Greetings from Kenya

Home » News » Greetings from Kenya

We've had a very busy day today...travelled by taxi, matutu, tuck-tuck and motorbike and feet all today. What fun!!!
Mrs Burns and I have taught 112 children all about an English harvest today using our Harvest letters from worship and each child has made a book!! We have also made scarecrows with a class of 102 children! We have taught about English farming and imports to a rather small class of only 65 and we've pictures to prove it!
The children loved singing When the rain came tumbling down and dancing to Harvest Samba. They joined in to the chorus of Armani Utupe.
We made our way to Nakuru to visit a supermarket, then to St John's Church. We hope to make a link to St Chad's Church.
We are enjoying every minute. Have a lovely half term holiday.
From Mrs Cador and Mrs Burns
