The way we communicate with you
You may have noticed that you are now receiving emails each Friday reminding you about all the school news appearing on the website.
In response to feedback via the 'Parent Forum', we are simplifying our methods of communication with you.
Channels of communication:
1. Texts or phone call — Urgent information.
(Medical emergencies, school closure & club cancellation.
2. Parent to teacher email — Class specific information.
(Homework, class, trips* & club specific information. Not general school information, activities or events. Study topics for each term can also be found on class pages).
3. 'News' section of website (& facebook if appropriate) — general school information.
(School events, activities, reminders, good news stories, class news, FOWD information & any other news that affects the whole school).
Further information about communication and calendar dates can be found here
